Malcesine can be reached both via the SS 249 Gardesana Orientale which runs along the eastern shore of the lake, and via the SS 45 bis Gardesana Occidentale, which runs along the western shore.
From the “Rovereto Sud/Lago di Garda Nord” exit of the A22 motorway, follow the signs for Lago di Garda / Torbole. Once you arrive in Torbole you will find the signs for Malcesine.
From the “Affi” exit of the A22 motorway, follow the signs for Lago di Garda / Garda. Once you arrive in Garda, continue north following the signs for Malcesine.
From the “Peschiera” exit of the A4 motorway, follow the signs for Bardolino / Lazise / Garda / Malcesine.
